What level of English do I need to join the CEO Package?
B2 level and above is preferred. We assess your level in a 20-minute consultation
Can lessons be 30 minutes?
Yes, we can do lessons of 30 minutes or 60 minutes. We can even mix lesson lengths according to your needs. We can use 30 minutes for self-introduction training or intensive Q&As to improve your agility in English. We can use 1 hour sessions for refining presentations or conducting role-plays with potential investors.
Will my company information stay confidential?
We keep all materials completely confidential, and we are happy to sign NDA agreements upon request.
Are lessons online? Which time zones do you cover?
All lessons are online, one to one. We are based in Prague, Central Europe, so we are available mornings, afternoons and evenings for clients in Europe and the Middle East. For clients in Asia, we are available afternoons and evenings.
Are lessons at fixed times each week?
It is possible to have lessons at fixed times each week if the teacher is available at your chosen time. If your schedule is more chaotic, it is possible to book lessons according to when you are free.
Can I reschedule lessons?
Yes, free of charge up to 24 hours before it starts. Sessions cancelled with less notice are charged.
How do payment and cancellation work?
You pay in full before your first lesson, by bank transfer in euros or pounds. Any lesson can be rescheduled free of charge up to 24 hours before it starts; lessons cancelled with less notice are charged. Your lessons are valid for three months from purchase, which leaves room for a debrief after your event.
I have an event coming up which I want to prepare for in English, can you help with that?
Yes. We offer conference and event preparation as part of the CEO package. Shorter packages are available upon request.
